Orders and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and the contract is formed when we dispatch it.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If you have paid, we refund you in full.
• We accept card payments (processed by Bank of Ceylon), Koko instalments, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Delivery

• We deliver to the areas listed on our Delivery & returns page.
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
